Generally speaking, there's an app called DiDi. There are also apps like Ola and Ingogo, but they only work in small cities. Oh, and always check the reviews and only choose drivers with a rating of at least 4.6 stars. Personally, I always look at the driver's rating and reviews before a trip to be sure it's safe.
