'I have gained a lot of experiences while working in SS Rover Sdn Bhd. My experience includes varieties of fields such as business management and compliance. For business management, I usually work with the business development team in order to assist them in the tendering process and financial application. While doing this, I learned the proper documentation is very important for tender and funding applications. With the way we do documentation, they can analyse and examine how our company operates.
For compliance, I was involved in ISO which is one of the worldwide standards that is usually implemented in vast and top companies. ISO taught me that understanding our work process is important while performing tasks. When we understand our work process, we are able to come out with PDCA terms in our daily tasks. We also can increase our work productivity in our workplace and tasks can be done efficiently.
Work in SSR actually makes my self development getting better. While working in SSR, I am able to boost my confidence to confront people. With daily log implementation in our organization, I am able to plan my daily tasks and teach myself to be a productive person everyday.'
