I’ve been thinking about installing residential solar in Fresno and wanted to hear from homeowners who already have solar panels. With Fresno getting a lot of sunshine throughout the year, it seems like solar could be a good investment for reducing electricity bills.
I’ve seen different estimates for system costs and savings, but I’m curious about real experiences. How much did your system cost, and how long did it take to break even? I also heard there are incentives like the 30% federal solar tax credit and net metering programs that can help reduce installation costs.
If anyone here has installed residential solar Fresno systems, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience, installation companies you recommend, and whether the savings were worth it in the long run.
