What’s really frustrating is that they use different names every time they call. The caller ID will say one thing, but then the voicemail will be from "PCM Agency" or "Integrated Recovery Services." I read online that these are all just different business names for the same company, Pendleton Capital Management. It feels like a tactic to get around me blocking numbers.
I haven't even received a proper debt validation letter in the mail yet. When I try to talk to them to ask for more information, the representative was rude and made vague threats about potential legal action. It’s incredibly stressful... less
